do I place a special order? Special Orders can be placed in two ways- via email or via the mail in order form. Email Special Orders can be placed by simply including all the information requested on the mail in order form into an email and sending it to Sales. | Do
the items only come in the colors shown on the website? No. You can specify color and fabric descriptions for special order items. |
| Why
do I have to send measurements for special order items? At Maggie May's, all ladies' special order items are made to the customer's personal measurements. While most of our children's clothing is made to Standardized Body Measurements, information like inseam length, waist measurement, and chest measurement are still necessary to ensure a properly fitting garment. |
| Can
I give you my credit card number over the phone? Payments made with a credit card can be made online via the order form. Maggie May Clothing currently uses Paypal to process credit card payments. |
| How
long will it take once I place my order before I receive it? Items noted as in-stock or ready-made can be shipped out as early as the same day payment is received. Bespoke items and special order items are filled upon a first come-first serve basis. Shipping for special order items average 2-3 weeks after the order is confirmed. Please note during our busy season, orders may take as long as 4-5 weeks for delivery. |
