Frequently Asked Questions

How do I place a special order?
Special Orders can be placed in two ways- via email or via the mail in order form. Emailed orders can be placed by simply including all the information requested on the mail in order form in an email and sending it to Sales. Traditional Mail in Special Orders can be placed by simply printing off the order form, filling it out, and mailing it to:

Do the items only come in the colors shown on the website?
No. You can specify color and fabric for special order items.

Why do I have to send measurements for special order items?
At Maggie May's, all special order items are made to our customer's personal measurements. While most of our children's clothing is made to Standardized Body Measurements, information like inseam length, waist measurement, hip, and chest measurement are still necessary to ensure a child's properly fitted garment.

Can I give you my credit card number over the phone?
Yes! You are more than welcome to call us with your credit card number.
Or if you prefer, you may pay online with your Paypal account- accessible via our order form.
